Terms and Conditions

All trainees must possess a valid, signed provisional license and meet DVSA eyesight requirements.

1. INSURANCE

Fees include public liability coverage for trainees driving school vehicles, provided they are supervised by the instructor or a DVSA examiner during a test.

2. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Payment is required in advance.

• 14-Day Cancellation: Per UK law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel and receive a full refund, provided training has not started. Starting lessons within this period waives this right for hours delivered.

• Refunds: Unused hours from prepaid blocks are refundable for 6 months. Partial refunds recalculate lessons at the standard rate, with a £15 admin fee.

• Invoices: Requested invoices incur a £2.50 fee.

3. CANCELLATION OF BOOKED LESSONS

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange lessons to avoid losing the full fee. The instructor will provide 48 hours' notice for cancellations, except for emergencies or bad weather.

4.a OFFICIAL DRIVING TESTS

The school may refuse the vehicle for a test if the trainee is not safe. Pupils are responsible for booking tests and complying with DVSA notice requirements for cancellations. The school may claim costs for vehicle damage caused by the pupil.

4.b TEST TERMINATION

If a test is terminated by the examiner, permission to drive the school car terminates immediately. You must surrender the keys, as driving without the instructor is illegal, breaches insurance, and violates these terms.

5. APPOINTMENTS

The school is not liable for cancellations due to weather, mechanical issues, or staff absence. Instructors will wait 15 minutes at the pickup point before charging for a missed lesson.

6. PERSONAL PROPERTY

The school is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged in vehicles or on premises.

7. DRUGS/ALCOHOL MISUSE

Driving under the influence is strictly prohibited. Instructors will refuse to provide lessons if misuse is suspected, and prescriptions affecting driving must be disclosed.

8. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Personal data will be securely processed and stored in compliance with UK regulations, with no unauthorized sharing.
